Ordering process.
1. Register for a wholesale account here.
2. We'll contact you ASAP to confirm your account details and offer support.
3. Log into your account.
4. Add products to your cart and complete your checkout.
No minimum order value.
Currently, we do not have a set minimum order value. We use minimum order quantities per product instead.
MOQs.
Product minimum order quantities are listed as MOQ. To keep our prices as low as possible, we are unable to offer any lower MOQs than what is specified.
If you feel the MOQ is too high, consider purchasing a Prepack or Display. These have less quantity per product & offer great variety for your shelves.
Payment Terms.
Payment is due upfront on all orders.
Your wholesale account may be considered for Net 30 payment terms after your third order.
Please note: A finance charge of up to 2% per month, which is an annual percentage rate of 24%, will be applied to unpaid past due balances.
For Net 60 payment terms, select brands can be purchased via Faire:

Ways to pay.

Where can our products be sold?
YES:
- Your physical store(s).

NO:
- Online marketplaces. (Amazon, Ebay, Walmart, Best Buy, Target, Aliexpress, JD, Wish, Etc.)
- Dropshipping.
- Multi-level marketing.
- Direct sales.
MSRP.
Products purchased from us shall only be sold at our manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP).
If the Wholesale Account chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Wholesale Account shall not discount the products more than 15% below MSRP.
Permission for special sale events beyond the 15% discount by the Wholesale Account must be requested in writing and will typically be granted on a semiannual basis.
Shipping.
All orders ship out within 2 business days.

- We use UPS & Canada Post.
- Orders are shipped directly from our factory.

We use subsidized Flat Rates to save you shipping costs and reduce our processing times.
We also offer flat rate express shipping.

Returns.
We offer free returns on your first 2 orders. You will have 30 days to request a return.
If you pay upfront, any returns will be refunded directly to your original payment method. If your account has Net 30 payment terms, we simply won’t charge you for any products you’d like to return.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Once you submit the return request, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label in your email for you to send back the items to our warehouse.
- We only allow free returns on your first 2 orders.
- We can’t accept returns for any customized products and all returns must be unused and in perfect condition.
- We can't accept returns for testers or sample items.
- Shipping costs to your store are non-refundable.
- On your first 2 orders, return shipping costs are covered by us. After that, return shipping costs are covered by you.
- Once the return request is processed you will receive the shipping label within 72 hours.
If you have received defective products (leakage, spoilage, damage, etc.) – contact us immediately and we will make things right.
