We offer free returns on your first 2 orders. You will have 30 days to request a return.

If you pay upfront, any returns will be refunded directly to your original payment method. If your account has Net 30 payment terms, we simply won’t charge you for any products you’d like to return.

- Once you submit the return request, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label in your email for you to send back the items to our warehouse.
- We only allow free returns on your first 2 orders.
- We can’t accept returns for any customized products and all returns must be unused and in perfect condition.
- We can't accept returns for testers or sample items.
- Shipping costs to your store are non-refundable.
- On your first 2 orders, return shipping costs are covered by us. After that, return shipping costs are covered by you.
- Once the return request is processed you will receive the shipping label within 72 hours.

If you have received defective products (leakage, spoilage, damage, etc.) – contact us immediately and we will make things right.
